You awakened today.  Praise God.  And all the folks who helped.

Break the pattern.  To hell with routines and rituals.  Try something new.  Outside the box and a little askew.

It’s a miracle.  You can hear.  You can see.  You can drive.  You can climb.  You don’t need help.  You don’t have to be cautious.  You don’t even have to spend money. Praise the lord have mercy for real!

Time stands still.  What you do in a week may take them a day to complete.  What you say in a day may take them an hour to understand.  Who you are in a lifetime will take them forever to forget.

Take care of yourself.  It might not seem necessary or worth it.  It may even be hard to do. Your clothes will grow.  Your skin will dry. And all the things that you learned were righteous and wholesome for your well-being will be overcome by all the things you no longer want to do to take care of yourself.

You will cry more often.  Even simple things will burn up from your stomach, travel through your heart; get caught between your shoulders and your forehead then seep out of your eyes.  The thoughts of time.  The thoughts of family.  The thoughts of deed will flow at any moment.

Exercise: Sitting is the new running. One foot in front of the other is the new workout.

Aging. Molasses in a cold jar.

Signs. You will see in numbers pictures people connections between what is represented and what is real. They will appear as signs symbols memories and will be the miracles of life you try to explain but keep instead to yourself for comfort and reminders of peace. Imprints of love.
